This policy explains what information accountabilityelevator.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Accountability Elevator Consultants LLC (“we”, “us”).

What you send us

When you send a question through the contact page, we receive what you enter: your message, name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, a phone number and the name of your building or company. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and whether the phone number, email address, contact form or audit calculator is used. We use Google Ads to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries, and may show our ads to people who have visited the site before.

These services use cookies and similar technologies, and Google receives information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the actions listed above. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number or the content of your message. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices

• Use the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of any page to opt out of advertising cookies and personalised advertising on this site. Your choice is stored in your browser.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as that same opt-out automatically.
• Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are opted out of analytics and advertising cookies by default.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Other services the site relies on

• Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Like any web server, it receives your IP address when your browser requests a file.
• The coverage map on the Coverage page asks ipapi.co, or ipwho.is as a backup, for the approximate region of your IP address so it can highlight your part of the country. That lookup happens in your browser. The result is not stored or sent to us.
• Contact form messages are delivered to us by a form-processing service, which handles them only to pass them on.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to carry out any engagement that follows, and in line with our business record-keeping obligations. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
